Research Experience

During my time at the university of Florida, I have explored a variety of research labs where I have been a part of multiple projects. I began working in the Florida Social Cognition and Emotion Lab where I worked on a project titled 'Productive Procrastination.' Following, I joined a psychiatric genomic based lab, where I worked on a project titled 'Molecular Mechanisms of Risky Decision Making in Mice Pilot Study.' Then, for the last year and a half I have been working in a cognitive neuroscience lab, in a project titled 'Psychophysiology of Emotion and Interindividual Differences.' Finally, over the summer I travelled to Rice University and worked on a project titled 'The effects of stress on memory in Latinx populations' fully funded by the NSF.
